VANKAR G is a handwoven Bhujodi Kala Cotton Dhoti & Shawl Set that brings the quiet beauty of Kutch craftsmanship into a versatile contemporary drape.

Woven in indigenous kala cotton, the soft ivory base is detailed with muted yellow, peach and grey stripes, touches of gold-toned weaving, delicate geometric motifs and handcrafted tassels. The restrained palette gives VANKAR G an elegant, understated character while retaining the distinctive texture of traditional Bhujodi weaving.

Created using the extra-weft technique associated with the Vankar weavers of Bhujodi, the details are worked directly into the cloth, celebrating a weaving tradition rooted in the pastoral communities of Kutch.

The 3-metre dhoti and 3-metre shawl can be worn together for a coordinated traditional look or styled separately. Drape the dhoti as a mundu, layer the shawl over an Indian outfit, or experiment with both lengths as a half-saree.
